Purpose
of Area: To provide accounting support
to Educa’s projects including initial planning
and budgeting, routine and final reporting to
all of our donors. To fulfill legal Mexican accounting
norms. Principal
Activities: § Create and maintain institution
wide accounting procedures.
§ Create budgets for grant requests and other
fund raising activity. Provide each donor organization
with the financial data they require.
§ Assure that each of Educa’s Programs
and Areas has access to the resources, material
and financial that it needs including building
maintenance.
Secretary
and Assistant Administrator: Inés
Virginia Salmerón Villavicencio
Began work with Educa in 2000
now with 5 years of experience at her position
of secretary and assistant administrator.
Born and raised in Oaxaca.
Courses in Business Administration.
Currently studying English and Computer Applications.
Has greatly appreciated the opportunity to visit
indigenous communities and spend time with the
people there.
