Permanent networking of key municipal players
through dialogue and interchange with different
organized sectors at a local level. |

Ongoing contextual analysis permitting focused
and realistic political proposals. |

Lobbying with political figures from the local
level up to higher elected authorities. |

Create spaces for dialogue, discussion and
analysis in relation to the future of municipal
districts’ community practices and the
development of democracy in the state of Oaxaca. |

Electoral observation in municipal districts
governed by indigenous traditions called Uses
and Customs. This electoral observation
directly reduces acts of violence. |
